Since opening our doors in 1998, we’ve continually worked to enhance both our facility and our services. Our dedicated staff loves what they do, and their compassion for animals shows in every room, play group, and personalized experience.
Meet Denise
Fetch Me Later is owned and operated by Denise McGough, a lifelong animal lover with a passion for creating the kind of pet care experience she would want for her own dogs. After years of working in the corporate world, Denise followed her love for animals into the pet care industry and has dedicated herself to providing a higher standard of care for pets and their families.
You’ll find Denise at the resort most days — greeting guests, supporting her team, caring for pets, and continually looking for ways to improve the experience for both pets and their people. As a certified pet first aid and CPR instructor, Denise believes that knowledge, preparation, and compassion are essential parts of providing exceptional care.
Her vision for Fetch Me Later has always been simple: create a place where pet parents can feel confident leaving their beloved companions, knowing they are receiving the same love, attention, and care they would receive at home.

While Denise is the person you’ll see leading Fetch Me Later every day, she is supported by her family and a dedicated team of pet care professionals who share the same commitment to treating every guest like their own. Meet Dondi
As our Operations Manager, Dondi plays an important role in making sure Fetch Me Later runs smoothly every day. Since joining our team in 2023, he has become an invaluable part of the Fetch Me Later family, bringing his experience, dedication, and genuine love for animals to everything he does.
Before joining Fetch Me Later, Dondi gained experience working in other pet care facilities, including time working at a local dog shelter. His background has given him a deep understanding of dog behavior, the importance of safety, and the responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s beloved family member.
Dondi is passionate about creating a positive experience for both our guests and our team. He works closely with our staff to maintain our high standards of care and ensure every dog receives the attention, enrichment, and compassion they deserve.
Outside of Fetch Me Later, Dondi is a proud dog dad to Maya and Lola, two rescue pups who are a big part of his life. His own rescue journey reflects the same compassion and commitment to animals that he brings to our resort every day.
Meet Lauren
As our Guest Care Supervisor, Lauren is one of the familiar faces that helps make Fetch Me Later feel like home. She has been part of the Fetch Me Later family for over four years and has built special relationships with so many of our guests. Ask her about one of our pups, and chances are she knows their personality, their quirks, and exactly what makes their tail wag!
Lauren is responsible for leading our incredible pet care team and making sure the dogs and cats in our care receive the attention, enrichment, and love they deserve every day. She works closely with our team behind the scenes to maintain the high standards of care that our families trust us with.
Outside of Fetch Me Later, Lauren is a proud dog mom to four pups of her own: Roxie, a Labradoodle, Iggy, a Mini Aussie, Annabelle, an itty-bitty Toy Poodle, and Skeeter, a long-haired Dachshund. Her love for animals extends far beyond our resort, and that same compassion is something she brings to every pet she cares for.
Meet Anesah
As one of our Guest Care team members, Anesah is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. She helps welcome families, assists with check-ins and check-outs, and ensures every visit starts and ends on a positive note.
Since joining Fetch Me Later, Anesah has become a valued part of our team, known for her calm, kind, and attentive approach with both pets and their people. She takes pride in helping make sure each guest feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Outside of work, Anesah enjoys knitting, reading, baking, and spending time outdoors. She is also the proud pet mom to her rescue dog, Hunk, and her precious kitty, Clementine, who keep life at home entertaining and full of personality.

- The Dog Gurus/Pack Pro — Fetch Me Later has been an active member since 2022. Investing in our staff has always been of utmost importance. This investment ensures the professionals caring for your beloved fur family members are educated and prepared to provide a happy and fun, but above all, safe, home away from home for your pups. Our staff is not comprised of part-time high schoolers, but rather full-time trained, adult, pet care professionals. You can rest assured that caring for your pup is our calling, and we take it seriously.
